Vermont Teddy Bear is planning to offer a Spanish-language version of its website. At the recent 2006 DMA Annual Conference, Tom Funk, eCommerce Manager for Vermont Teddy Bear, said that one of the main pillars of the company's strategy to increase revenue are to offer a offer a Spanish language version of the site to support Hispanic marketing efforts and Spanish speaking customers.

Direct marketing is the most important marketing and sales channel for Vermont Teddy Bear. The Shelburne, VT based company sells the bears and other products from its factory store and one retail outlet. However most its sales are done through catalogs, and on the Internet.
