Terra has hired Cesar Martinez as the new Director of Business Development. In this role, Martinez will be responsible for managing and coordinating strategic partnerships, closing agreements, licensing programs and joint ventures and will report to Fernando Rodriguez, Chief Executive Officer for Terra USA.

Cesar Martinez is a media professional with over 10 years of experience in cable, print, magazine and online advertising and marketing. Having started his career at the sales department of CNN in 1996, Cesar embarked in the interactive sales industry 3 years later at ImpreMedia, where he served as Integrated Sales Director, leading the digital sales and corporate initiatives.

During his professional experience, Martinez has developed a range of multi-platform integrated sales programs for online, print, promotions and editorial national and regional campaigns. He also received the Publishers Award in the categories of Most Digital Sales, Sales Person of the Year and obtained the largest corporate sales in ImpreMedia history, during the World Cup, among other achievements.

Working at ImpreMedia, Cesar was promoted several times serving in different roles. His previous endeavors include developing and building the infrastructure for the entertainment division, which included the managing of all promotions, marketing and product development.
