Yell has appointed Engine to handle its estimated 96 million dollars global advertising account. Engine beat DDB, Ogilvy & Mather and McCann Erickson.
The account will be handled by Engine's advertising agency WCRS and its direct marketing agency, Partners Andrews Aldridge, which is also expected to oversee its digital activity. McCann Erickson is Yell's incumbent agency in Spain and Chile, while Mix Comunicaciones handles the account in Argentina.
- Volvo – Chile
Ogilvy Chile has won the Volvo account after a pitch. The agency will be in charge of the communication planning, media buying and creative duties in Chile.
- Woonky – Brazil
The Argentinean digital agency Woonky announced the opening of a new office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Eduardo Oliveira, ex Account Director of NBS, will be in charge of the operations in the country. Silvio Mandetta was announced as the new Creative Director.
- Tiendas Marisa – Brazil
AlmaBBDO has been appointed by Tiendas Marisa to handle its creative and communication planning in Brazil. Tiendas Marisa is a retail clothing store chain.
- Bavaria – Colombia
TribalDDB has won the digital accounts of Bavaria´s brands Pilsen, Club Colombia and Redds in Colombia.
- O Boticário – Brazil
NBS has been chosen to work with the Brazilean cosmetics company O Boticario. The agency will be in charge of the creative campaigns for O Boticario´s brands Nativa SPA, Active and Capricho.
- Nostrum Group- Brazil
Nostrum announced the launch of a new office in Brazil. Also, the new office will be managing Peru´s operations. Nostrum Group already operates in Chile, Colombia, Panama, Argentina and Mexico.
