Antevenio, the multinational Spanish company, has announced the opening of a new office in Mexico to reach the Latin American region. The new office will be lead by Martha Carrasco.

  • Mont Blanc – Mexico

Harumi Kimura, is the new country manager for the Mont Blanc (LVMH) brand in Mexico.

  • Aegis Group-Nueva Rumasa – Global

Aegis Group has recorded a $40m loss on its full year 2010 profits following the insolvency of former client Nueva Rumasa. The Spanish food and beverage company, Nueva Rumasa, has filed for pre-insolvency protection allowing it to enter a four month negotiation period with creditors ahead of any formal insolvency process.

  • Volvo – Global

Volvo has hired ad agency executive Richard Monturo as its first head of global marketing, since being acquired by Chinese automotive manufacturer Geely. Monturo, who joins from his position as executive director at Miami-based agency La Comunidad, will take on the role of vice-president for global marketing at Volvo Car Corporation. He will be based at the Swedish marque’s Gothenburg headquarters.

  • Suzuki – Chile

El living won the digital account of Suzuki in Chile, after a pitch. The team working for Suzuki will be led by José Francisco Tapia, Creative Director of the agency.

  • Molinos – Argentina

The Argentinian agency CraveroLanis will be in charge of the communication strategy and creative development for Molinos de Cruz de Malta brand.

  • Army of Colombia- Colombia

Young & Rubican Colombia has been chosen by the National Army of Colombia to develop a new advertising campaign call “Fe en la Causa”.
