Monica Gadsby, CEO Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) Latin America & U.S. Multicultural, announced today the elevation of Steven Wolfe-Pereira and Marla Skiko to executive vice president and Eliana Agostini to vice president.

Marla Skiko is promoted from SVP, Digital Lead, SMG Multicultural. Marla has identified and grown the digital opportunity across the multicultural client base, propelling digital to drive core agency growth. In addition, she has effectively undertaken an enormous task list that includes fostering stronger client relationships, consistently growing revenue and drawing in new business, as well as perpetually seeking new innovations and new resources. Marla also serves as the industry voice on multicultural digital, frequently speaking at leading digital conferences nationwide.  Marla continues to lead all things digital within the multicultural space and is the multicultural digital market maker. Based out of Chicago, Marla is currently training for her first ½ marathon.

Steven Wolfe Pereira is promoted from SVP, Managing Director, MV42°. Steven will serve as the head of MV42° MediaVest Multicultural, leading one of the largest multicultural agencies in the U.S. and overseeing media strategy, planning and buying.  An industry thought leader and frequent speaker at conferences nationwide, Steven has led organic client growth as well as new business across a variety of categories including CPG, Retail and Technology.  During his two years at MV42°, Steven oversaw a three-fold increase in Kraft spending and has provided thought leadership in the shape of the work of SMG Global technology accounts.  Steven will continue to drive MediaVest’s Total Market approach for clients including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods and Walmart.  A Dominican-American who also is passionate about education and serves on several non-profit boards, Steven is based in New York City.

Eliana Agostini was promoted from Media Director, Starcom Miami.  Eliana has constantly elevated the bar on communication planning product through unique strategies always grounded to the right business needs and consumer insights that have resulted in growth for Procter & Gamble’s Latin American brands.  Eliana will continue to effectively handle this substantial increase in responsibility while maintaining her reputation as an expert in Communication Planning.  She has proven to be a keen strategist, risk taker to new business approach, specialist in Human understanding and an outstanding client relationship manager.  Based in Miami, native Colombian Eliana reports to Todd Wilson, SVP Managing Director.
