Fernando will report to the CEO Juan Luis Cebrián, who stated: "Fernando brings a wealth of relevant experience, talent and leadership to PRISA as the group enters the next stage of its development and will help ensure that it reaches its ambitious goals. Fernando’s international experience spans both the corporate and financial world. He also has a strong reputation in the financial markets and I am delighted to welcome him to our executive team."
