Sergio Mankita has been appointed Marketing Manager at Univision, Miami. He has worked for Zubi Advertising for about five years as Account supervisor and integrated marketing. Among his new duties at Univision, Mankita will be launching new products and services into the marketplace.

The IAB Multicultural Council will be chaired by Mark Lopez, COO of Terra Networks USA, and Borja Perez, VP-integrated solutions and digital media at Telemundo. The Council will address such issues as the measurement of minority audiences and the development of digital marketing strategies appropriate to multicultural markets.

Michael Bayley has been promoted to the Executive Vice President of Royal Caribbean Cruises. Baylet will continue to drive the strategic international business development for three of the company’s cruise brands. This includes Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises. In Bayley’s most recent role as Senior Vice President, he was responsible for the international sales, marketing and commercial operations of the three cruise lines. He led business activities in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

Mercury Media announced the addition of William A. Cunningham to its financial management staff. As Vice President of Finance, Cunningham will be responsible for the financial operations of Mercury Media’s Marlboro and Philadelphia offices and, in addition, Cunningham will be the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Diversified Mercury Communications Holding Company, LLC and its subsidiaries.

Infogroup promoted Greg Grdodian to president of its Edith Roman-ePost Direct division, and also promoted Chris Longo to EVP of Edith Roman-ePost Direct.

Paul Price has resigned as global president of Rapp to become CEO of brand agency at Creative Realities. Price will focus on finding new business for Creative Realities, especially in verticals. Creative Realities' client roster includes Bank of America, Fidelity, Samsung, Radio Shack and AT&T. The agency is part of the Pegasus Group.

Oriental Trading named Dave Johnson SVP of marketing. Johnson, based in Omaha, NE, will oversee the company's marketing and creative functions. He last served as founder and president of Wisconsin-based agency Crosspoint Marketing.

Bacardi has appointed Silvia Lagnado, a former Unilever marketer, as chief marketing officer of Bacardi Limited and President of Bacardi Global Brands. Lagnado will start at the drinks company in September having worked at Unilever for 24 years.
