Strategic branding and advertising agency Howard, Merrell & Partners announces the promotion of Sarah Findle to associate account executive. Since joining Howard, Merrell & Partners, Findle has been instrumental in implementing social media strategies for agency clients including the CORDURA® brand, Precise Pet Food and O2 Fitness.

Global Advertising Strategies, a cross-cultural marketing agency, has hired creative director Ola Kudu. Ola will oversee the ideation, development and execution of all creative at Global. A former creative director at BET Networks, Ola brings a wealth of art direction and branding knowledge to the agency’s growing design team. Ola’s experience, a mix of general, multicultural and youth markets, spans over 15 years and includes work on such noted brands as Johnson & Johnson, Proctor and Gamble, Ford, Dodge, Coke, Pepsi and Verizon Wireless.

As reported last week, Layla Caballero joins the Publicitas Charney Palacios’ digital sales team. Layla will be responsible to continue the digital sales development through out- of-the box media solutions that meet specific client objectives. Throughout her career, Layla has gained very valuable experience working with traditional and digital media platforms like Yahoo!, McClatchy Interactive Digital and social media.
