Paola Sanchez starts working today in Account Services at Orange Ad Network. Previously Sanchez worked as Marketing Manager in US Media Consulting.

Alfredo Carbajal, the Managing Editor of Al Día newspaper in Dallas, was elected to the board of the American Society of Newspaper Editors for a 3 year term. Alfredo joins Dee Dee Fuentes, Editor of the Laredo Morning Times, who until Saturday was the sole Latino on the 20+ member board.

Laura Molen has joined Univision as Sr. VP of Network Sales. She'll be based in New York and report to Maelia Macín, who just last month was appointed EVP of Network Sales.

Castalia Communications has appointed Court Stroud as senior VP of new business. In his new role, based in New York, Stroud will help strengthen Castalia’s advertising sales and strategic partnerships, as well as develop new business initiatives for the company. He is joining Castalia with more than 20 years of experience in the media industry, including several years with Azteca America. He was most recently senior VP of sales and marketing for Jovus, an online company focused on the financial research space.

Scarborough Research announced the appointment of Gerardo Guzman as vice president of product management. In this newly-created position, Mr. Guzman will be responsible for the development of all new and existing product initiatives with a focus on providing solutions for clients to enhance their ROI. He will serve as a member of the Scarborough executive leadership team reporting to Tom Drouillard, Scarborough's president and chief executive officer.
