Juliana Sarria Molano has been named Manager, Regional Media Planning of Mediabrands. Sarria will be based in Miami. Previously, she has previously worked for Mediabrands Colombia as Communications Manager.
Juan Carlos Sosa was promoted to Vice President of Marketing & Business Development of Cisneros Group, reporting directly to the Group’s President & COO, Miguel Dvorak. Before his current appointment, Mr. Sosa held the position of Director of Marketing & Communications of Venevision International, a global entertainment company of the Cisneros Group.
The adidas Group announced the appointment of André Maestrini, currently Managing Director adidas Group France, as its new Managing Director adidas Group Spanish Latin America, effective June 1, 2012. As previously announced, Charlie Maurath, currently at the helm of adidas Group Latin America, has accepted another challenge outside the adidas Group and will leave the company effective April 30, 2012.
André Maestrini has a strong multi-cultural background, having also worked in Spain and the UK and having lived in Latin America for 16 years.
Jorge Tercarioli and Arturo Valiente have been named Creative Directors at Oniria-TBWA Panama. The executives worked for the agency for 2 and 1 year respectively. Among their duties, they will be in charge of strengthen the national work and develop new international projects.
Iain Tait is leaving is position as Global Creative Director of Wieden & Kennedy to join Google Creative Lab as its new Executive Creative Director.
