Starcom Argentina has promoted Laura Lorenzo to Account Manager of Kraft Foods. Lorenzo has been working at the agency since 2000. She will report to Silvio Bellone and Mariana Castro.

Brandigital Argentina has announced a reorganization of its management. Martin Sola is the new CEO and Mario Postay and Alejandro Mendez, co-founders, will now be in charge of the Visionary and Business Departments. Mario Postay is the new Chief Visionary Officer and Mendez Chief Business Officer in charge of the consolidation and expansion in the Latin American Region.  

Willis Group Holdings, the global insurance broker, announced today that Luis Maurette has been appointed Regional Chief Executive Officer of its Latin American operations. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Maurette reports to Tim Wright, who this week was named CEO of Willis International.

Cesar Lizano has been appointed Latin American Sales Manager for Mitsubishi Imaging, directly responsible for account management and management of Mitsubishi Imaging's inkjet and graphic arts product portfolio in the region. Lizano brings nearly 20 years of business development, prepress and printing industry knowledge and sales experience to his new position, having recently served as channel sales manager for Latin America, Mexico and the Caribbean for Reeves Global (now Trelleborg).

Yell has appointed Jenny Ashmore as CMO. Ashmore has worked for Mars, leading marketing and innovation for the worldwide snack food business, which includes brands such as Snickers and Skittles. Prior to Mars, she worked at Procter & Gamble in a senior brand management role, with lead responsibility for flagship brand Pampers.

Ashmore will oversee Yell’s global marketing strategy across its operations in the UK, US, Spain and Latin America as it looks to shift from providing print and online advertising to becoming an e-marketplace portal for SMEs and consumers in a bid to arrest its plummeting ad revenues. She will report into Mike Pocock, group chief executive officer.
