Publicitas Spain has appointed Esther Martínez Baeza as Digital Sales Manager. Baeza has previously worked for Antevenio Group, Orange and the multicultural agency Culsion, where she worked as Commercial Director and Client Services Director.

Adriana Eckstein is the new Sales and Client Services Director for The Caribbean and Central America of DirecTV Latin America. Eckstein has more than 13 years of experience in the industry. She will report to Javier López Casella, Regional Sales VP.

BNY Mellon Asset Management has appointed Scott Stevens as head of marketing to oversee the firm’s marketing activities in Latin America, Europe, Africa and the markets of Middle East.

Jenny Ashmore  has been appointed  Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Yell Group.  In this capacity, Jenny will take responsibility for Yell's global marketing strategy and oversee its execution throughout the Group's operations in the UK, US, Spain and Latin America. Most recently she was Global Chief Marketing Capability Officer at Mars, where she developed and implemented a marketing-driven philosophy and infrastructure across all Mars segments and business units globally.  Based at Yell's corporate headquarters in Reading, UK, Jenny will report to Mike Pocock, Group Chief Executive Officer.

Carol Campbell has joined Lowe and Partners' Asia-Pacific hub in Singapore, as global planner for the agencies' Clear and Close-Up accounts with Unilever.

Sennheiser, the worldwide manufacturer of microphones, headphones and wireless transmission systems, has appointed Markus Warlitz as general manager of Sennheiser Latin America.

Rafael E. Hernandez is the new VP of Sales at Adnetik, Adnetik manages a targeting system available to digital marketers, enabling the intelligent management of data across Exchanges, Ad Networks, Publisher Sites and Supply-side Optimizers. Adnetik also has an important presence in Latin America, led by Mauricio Vasquez out of Mexico City.Prior to Adnetik, Rafael Hernandez  worked as Sales Manager East at AudienceScience.
