Aurora Networks, Inc., the optical transport solution provider focused on delivering cable services, has named Scott Weinstein as its vice president of new business development.
Aurora Networks stated that Weinstein, who has more than 15 years of investment banking and mergers and acquisitions experience, will help the company identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions.
Aurora Networks recently achieved its 18th consecutive quarter of profitability. The company is providing cable operators in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia with technology solutions that future-proof their networks for the delivery of residential and commercial services today and tomorrow, enhancing their competitiveness.
