Performance marketing company Adsmarket is changing its name to Matomy. The firm has four divisions: Matomy Xtended Media (online display advertising), Matomy Market (affiliate marketing) and Matomy Money (virtual payments). A new division is being created with the name Matomy Mobile which will specialize in mobile marketing.

The company, which is headquartered in Israel, is expanding its Latin American presence out of Madrid, Spain. It already has a presence in Mexico and just opened a subsidiary in Brazil. Matomy Mexico was created after Adsmarket (now Matomy) bought the Mexican online marketing firm Ergos Media (see article about the acquisition in Spanish), which according to, expects 2011 revenues of more than $ 10 million.
