*Manage and Oversee Warner Channel LATAM: ensuring adequate and successful execution and implementation of marketing strategies across the region (Sales Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, B2B and B2C)
*Core Presenter and Producer of the annual Latin American Upfronts: Messaging, Creative, Strategy and Event Marketing
*Manage day-to-day communication and strategy with Warner Channel LATAM and 3rd party partners: Turner and HBO
*Manage all regional affiliate marketing directors (PanAmerican Region, Mexico and Brazil)
*Develop plans with distribution clients/broadcasters to exploit growth opportunities and help generate added revenue streams throughout LATAM territories
*Drive implementation of global marketing campaigns, programming packages, and cross-divisional initiatives of key brands: DC, Harry Potter, etc. across prime-time, strip series, feature film packages, library series deals and animation
*Proactively work with local sales and marketing executives to provide pre- and post-sales support and materials
*Develop innovative new initiatives for LATAM, including consumer contests and activations, enabling client sales teams to sell-in multi-level promotions, covering On-Air, Digital, Social Media, etc.
*Direct and Manage local Latin America marketing teams to assist in all aspects of client marketing campaigns – strategic planning, customer needs analysis, and project management
*Manage and Responsible for the Warner Channel LATAM: Marketing and Affiliate Budgets = +7M USD
*Oversee the creative approval processes (affiliate, brand-channel and consumer marketing)
