Juan has been CEO of Metro International since March 2015. In addition to leading growth across 10 countries, he focuses on developing digital businesses in the core news sector as well as in new areas. Previously, he worked for companies like Pearson, Thomson Reuters, Booz Allen, and GEMS Education. As CEO of Pearson LatAm, he transformed the publishing business into a $500m educational services and content provider. As VP of Thomson Reuters’ Regulatory Division (IOB) in Brazil, he led the launch of IOB Online.
