After key roles at Apple and Strategic Mapping, César founded Geoscape, a firm that provides services for an increasingly diverse marketplace. His award-winning master’s thesis “Chicanos in the New Economy” employed advanced statistical analytics that planted the seeds for Geoscape. He served on the board of directors of the USHCC, the advisory board of FIU’s MBA program, and he is a board member of Florida State University’s Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication. His experience is drawn upon frequently by leading publications and conferences
