2b88f09Juan Bonilla was named to the new position of Senior VP of Business Development, effective immediately.Bonilla joins Walton Isaacson from GlobalHue where he was EVP, Group Account Director on Verizon Wireless, United Airlines, Autozone, Coca-Cola and US Bank while leading global new business development.At Walton Isaacson Bonilla reports to founding partners Aaron Walton and Cory Isaacson.Bonilla, whose experience extends across the telecommunications, retail, entertainment, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries, began his agency career in account management at Lowe and Partners and Cliff Freeman & Partners.His experience also includes the client side and five years at Home Box Office where he was the marketing manager, presiding over launch campaigns for iconic HBO series such as The Sopranos, Sex and the City and Six Feet Under.Following HBO, Bonilla spent seven years at McCann Erickson where he was VP Management Representative leading the communication efforts for a wide variety of blue-chip accounts, including Comcast-owned Versus Network, Novartis, Pfizer, Applebee’s and Coca-Cola. At McCann, he also served as SVP Group Account Director for TAG, a specialized marketing arm focused on millennials.

Alice Rivera is the new Vice president, Hispanic Marketing.In her new position, Rivera reports to Walton Isaacson partners and co-founders Aaron Walton and Cory Isaacson.Read more.

With more than 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, Rodriguez joins HistoryMiami as the museum continues to gain both local and national attention for its innovative exhibitions such as Operation Pedro Pan.Rodriguez is a Brown University graduate with a B.A. in international relations and Hispanic studies, Rodriguez received her executive MBA from IE Business School and Brown University. Rodriguez’s professional background includes working at Telemundo and Caracol, where she helped launch the telecommunications networks into new markets, as well as experience in event planning and marketing as vice president at an agency she helped found, The 360 Group, Inc.cy in an advisory position as she completes her MFA.

3c8204dUnivision Local Media has announced the appointment of Leonardo Ruiz to vice president, general manager of the Univision station in Salt Lake City, effective immediately. In this new role, Ruiz will oversee all aspects of station operations including Ad Sales, Marketing, News, Production and Promotions for Univision owned and operated television station, KUTH Univision 32, in Salt Lake City. Reporting to Lee Davis, executive vice president, Univision Local Media, Ruiz will continue to oversee sales for KUTH.  He will also remain general manager of Univision stations in Bakersfield: KABE Univision 39, KBTF UniMás 31, and KUVI MyTV 45, a position he’s held since 2013.Ruiz has held numerous positions at Univision since 2007.  Prior to joining Univision, Ruiz was the Director of Marketing for Chivas USA (Major League Soccer) from 2005-2007.

Ferreira-200Marcelo Ferreira was named co-CEO of mobile ad platform RevMob. He will share executive management duties with Pedro Jahara, current RevMob CEO. Ferriera was most recently CEO of hellofood Brazil, part of the foodpanda, which offers online ordering and delivery of restaurant menu items. Prior to that, he was a business analyst for management consulting company A.T. Kearney.

 

 

ConAgraCGO_EmbeddedDarren Serrao was named chief growth officer at ConAgra Foods, where he will also oversee marketing. He was most recently senior VP and chief marketing and commercial officer for Campbell’s Americas Simple Meals and Beverages division.
