StartMeApp, a full-stack mobile RTB platform (SSP, Exchange and DSP), reached an agreement with AppNexus through which it becomes an external seller to AppNexus, a major global marketplace acting besides global players like Mopub, Smaato and Nexage. Through this arrangement mobile audiences and mobile inventory available on the StartMeApp mobile ad-exchange can now be purchased via AppNexus.

SITO Mobile Ltd., a mobile engagement platform provider, has announced that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Hipcricket Inc., mobile engagement and analytics, for US $4.5 million in cash, to acquire substantially all of its assets.

Deezer acquires mostly Hispanic targeted Muve Music Service from Cricket (AT&T)

France-based music streaming service Deezer, which competes with Spotify, has acquired the assets of Muve music from Cricket, the wireless carrier acquired by AT&T in 2014 for US$1.2 billion, and it will now partner with AT&T to sell Deezer music services to Cricket subscribers. Terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.
