Deezer acquires mostly Hispanic targeted Muve Music Service from Cricket (AT&T)

France-based music streaming service Deezer, which competes with Spotify, has acquired the assets of Muve music from Cricket, the wireless carrier acquired by AT&T in 2014 for US$1.2 billion, and it will now partner with AT&T to sell Deezer music services to Cricket subscribers. Terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

WPP’s  media agency Mindshare and digital shop Possible have joined forces to create a new unit called Content+, a content group  production hub that brings creative, production, data, technology and media under the same umbrella.

Meredith takes over Martha Stewart Living Non-Editorial Business

Through a 10-year licensing agreement, Meredith Corp. will take over Martha Stewart Living OmnimediaInc. flagships Martha Stewart Living and Martha Stewart Weddings brands business operation, including all non-editorial functions of the brand—ad sales, marketing, circulation, distribution and production beginning Nov. 1. The arrangement includes the U.S. and Canadian editions.

Datalogix, a consumer data collection company, has announced a strategic partnership with Comscore .The partnership allows comScore’s U.S. clients to supplement validated Campaign Essentials™ (vCE) analytics with Datalogix offline sales measurement, including DLX ROI, to measure the offline sales of brand advertisers’ campaigns.This will help brands gain new insight into the offline sales performance of ads that were seen by users.
