We have presented certain non-GAAP financial measures, including Adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (“Adjusted EBITDA”) and Revenue after Traffic Acquisition Costs (“Revenue ex-TAC”). These non-GAAP measures are among the primary factors management uses in planning for and forecasting future periods.
