ELGIN, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. (NASDAQ: JBSS) (the “Company”) today announced that it has purchased substantially all of the assets of the Just the Cheese brand business from Specialty Cheese Company, Inc.
