Flashpoint has been named to this prestigious and highly competitive list for the second year in a row, with 96 percent of surveyed employees endorsing its overall company culture and employee experience.

In that survey, 96 percent of Flashpoint’s employees said Flashpoint is a great place to work. This number is 39 points higher than the average U.S. company.

The Fortune Best Workplaces in New York list is highly competitive. Last year, Flashpoint ranked #23 on last year’s Fortune Best Places to Work in New York list.
