Hola! Launches Brazil Edition

In early June, magazine publisher Hola launched a Portuguese version of its weekly glossy. Hola! Brasil will offer its readers 164 pages of interviews, celebrity profiles, glamour and elegance. The new magazine, like its other editions, will feature a combination of the most influential people and celebrities.

The new Brazilian magazine marks the fourteenth edition of the Spanish weekly, which was launched in Spain in 1944 by journalist Antonio Sánchez Gómez. The magazine began its international expansion in 1988 with the launch of Hello! Magazine in the UK, and currently publishes local editions in Russia, Turkey, Thailand, Dubai, Greece, Morocco, Canada, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Serbia and Brazil.

According to the publisher, the magazine currently has a combined circulation of 12 million among all its editions, which are distributed in 70 different countries.
