Following increased distribution in Latin America, Scripps Networks Interactive has promoted Mauro Páez-Pumar to SVP of affiliates and advertising for the region.Through this newly-created position, Páez-Pumar, formerly VP of affiliate sales, will oversee all regional affiliate engagement efforts leading ad sales teams based in São Paulo and Miami.He will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase advertising across the regional market and will report directly to Eduardo Hauser, MD for Latin America and the Caribbean at Scripps Networks Interactive.With over 20 years of experience in affiliate operations and sales, Páez-Pumar joined Scripps Networks Interactive in 2014, prior to which he was the chief commercial officer at AMC Networks International Latin America.

 

 

Hearts & Science announced the appointment of Ana Larios as the CEO of its Mexican new subsidiary. In addition, she will continue as digital director of Omnicom Media Group and business leader for AT&T. The executive joined OMG Mexico in 2014. Hearts & Science, the third Omnicom Media Group network, has offices in 12 countries.

 

 

 

 

 

Coca-Cola Brazil has appointed Nicolás Bertelloni as Marketing Director. The executive takes this new position after having led trade marketing and business intelligence of the beverage multinational. Bertelloni joined Coca-Cola in 2008.

 

 

 

 

 

 

JW Marriott Bogota hotel named Walter Paulovich Sales Manager. The executive comes from heading that same department, as well as marketing at the Savoy hotel in Argentina.

Now under the name of America, the agency will be led by Rafael D Alvia, Alejandro Dominguez, Nicolas Roberts and Sebastian Stagno.
