Campbell Soup Company has appointed Hispanic Executive Monica Diaz Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. In this newly created role, Diaz will lead Campbell’s enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy, creating new programs and enhancing existing initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and diverse workforce that mirrors Campbell’s consumer base. Diaz will be based in Camden and report to Bob Morrissey, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, beginning Nov. 20, 2017. Diaz will also act as an adviser to Campbell’s Leadership Team.Diaz, 52, joins Campbell from ESPN, part of The Walt Disney Company, where she was Vice President – Diversity, Inclusion and Wellness. Diaz is fluent in both English and Spanish, as well as conversational in Portuguese.

 

 

Telemundo Las Vegas / KBLR announced that Claudia de la Fuente will co-anchor the station’s weekday evening newscasts Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas at 6 PM and 11 PM alongside news anchor Antonio Texeira. De La Fuente makes her on-air debut today.De La Fuente, a native of Monterrey, Mexico, joins Telemundo Las Vegas after working as a news anchor/reporter for Televisa Monterrey since 2012. Before this, De La Fuente worked as a coordinator and content producer for Azteca Noreste from 2011 to 2012. She earned a degree in Communications with a minor in Advertising from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico.

 

 

 

 

Michael Doukeris has been promoted to Anheuser-Bush InBev North America zone president and CEO. He will replace Joao Castro Neves, who is leaving the company. Doukeris has been with AB InBev since 1996 and was most recently chief sales officer. Prior to that he was president of AB InBev China and Asia-Pacific zone president.

 

 

 

Publicis New York is expanding its commerce marketing capabilities and has appointed Nancy Shamberg senior vice president, group commerce director, a newly-created role. She will report directly to Publicis New York CEO Carla Serrano and executive vice president, managing director Adam Hunt.Shamberg joins Publicis from Omnicom’s TPN in Chicago, where she served as managing director, shopper marketing for over four years.

 

 

 

Enrique Rodriguez has been named president and CEO of TiVo. He was previously executive VP and chief technology officer at A&T’s Entertainment Group. He has also held executive roles at Sirius XM, Cisco System’s Service Provide Video Technology Group at as VP of Xbox Partnerships for Microsoft. At TiVo he succeeds Tom Carson who is retiring.

 

 

 

Felix Brautigam has been appointed chief marketing officer at Jaguar Land Rover. He succeeds Gerd Mauser who is retiring from that post, but who will continue as chairman of Jaguar Racing.

 

 

 

 

 

Roberto Ruiz has been promoted to the newly created role of executive VP, research, insights & analytics at Univision Communications. Ruiz joined Univision in 2008 and has since held the role of VP of strategy & insights.
