In this regular feature we look at the most watched soccer matches over the last weekend (February 25-26). Here’s a quick look at the matches people watched the most, the networks that won and other relevant insights.

What match had the largest audience?

Mexican LigaMX' match between Cruz Azul and America was the most watched, with 663,000 viewers on Saturday (see table below).

Which broadcaster won?

Thanks to the fact that it holds the rights to the Spanish Liga Santander matches, BeInSports was the most-watched network with more than 1.2 million viewers, or one-third of the total viewers that watched the top 10 matches (check out the table below).

What else is relevant?

While La Liga, Liga MX and the Premier League matches dominated the top 10, one German Bundesliga match tmade it into the top 10. Coming in aton number 8 was Leverkusen vs. Mainz, with 109,000 viewers.
