Jerónimo Macanás Candilejo, former Vice President Latin America and Southern Europe at Accedo.tv, has launched his own start up Jump TV Solutions. Jeronimo will be CEO of the new company. Jump is a Data As a Service OTT platform that allows OTT Services increase monetization and ROI through Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.
Amazon Mexico CEO Juan Carlos Garcia has decided to leave the US company to join Elektra's team as global director of eCommerce and Omnichannel for Mexico and Latin America. Elektra is a Mexican company, part of Grupo Salinas.
In 2016, Mindshare announced the launch of FAST (Future Adaptive Specialist Team,) a global performance services unit. FAST has announced the appointment of Leandro Ferrero to handle Content. Leandro is a Communications and Media Innovation Professional, who has worked for companies such as Universal McCann, Carat, Phd and Cuko.

Juliette Hollier-Larousse, Director of Latin America, has been appointed Video Director. She has been the LatAm Director since July 2012.
Marie-Noëlle Vallès, Director of Video, is the new business and Marketing Director. He will work directly with Stéphane Marcovitch. Marie-Noëlle Vallès has been directing the AFP video service since 2010.
Pierre Ausseill, Director of the Rio de Janeiro office, in Brazil, has been appointed Director of the LatAm region. He has been in charge of the Rio de Janeiro office since July 2012.
Grey Group announced the promotion of Diego Medvedocky to CCO of Grey Latin America. He has been CCO of Grey Argentina for the last three years. Medvedocky will continue to be based in Buenos Aires but will be responsible for growing the creative product of Grey Latin America 14 offices.
Álvaro Suñol, co-president and CCO of Alma DDB, has joined DDB Americas creative board. Suñol leads the Alma DDB creative team since 2013.
