P&G has promoted Latin America marketing boss Stefan Feitoza to replace Roisin Donnelly. Feitoza spent the last 16 years with P&G, predominantly in Latin America where he was brand manager for Brazil before taking on responsibility for the whole region.Donnelly left the company in June after 31 years.
Lucio Grimaldi is no longer Publicitas’ Managing Director Americas. Grimaldi left the company to join CASA COR in Miami as its’ new CMO.
Oliver Eills will replace Grimaldi as the new Managing Director, Publicitas Americas (North America, LatAm, Canada.) Prior to this position, Eills was Publicitas’ Regional Director for the Middle East.

Proti is a seasoned industry and advertising veteran, joining Teads with more than 17 years of experience in video, digital marketing and business development for some of today’s top global technology companies and media agencies. Proti will play a key role in the further growth and expansion of Teads business operations in Brazil. Prior to joining Teads, Proti spent the last two years as Head of Branding and Business Development for Instagram, leading the launch and positioning of the brand’s ad business in Latin America.
Claudio Zboznovits has been named Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development. Zboznovits’ responsibilities include leading and executing AMResorts strategic sales plans within the U.S., Canada and international markets. He will report to Colette Baruth, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Distribution.Prior to his appointment at AMResorts, Zboznovits served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of BlueBay Hotels & Resorts.
