The partnership includes the launch of “Telemundo and La Opinión Present,” a series of stories on Latino issues that will appear on Telemundo Network, La Opinión newspaper, and the digital platforms of both organizations.

The agreement, announced in the midst of an election cycle in which Latinos are expected to play a critical role, allows Noticias Telemundo and La Opinión to share a massive wealth of news information and resources to research, develop and deliver news content for multiple platforms.

The “Telemundo and La Opinión Present” series will cover subjects that impact the Latino community, backed-up by in-depth research and emphasizing their human aspect, in line with the storytelling tradition shared by both news organizations.

The Noticias Telemundo/La Opinión partnership capitalizes on the well-known brand names of both news organizations and further amplifies their respective reach to target new audiences.

“We are delighted to partner with La Opinión,” said Luis Fernández, Telemundo’s Executive Vice President of Network News. “We will leverage our complementary structures to bring together stories that resonate with the Hispanic audience.”

“We are thrilled to join forces with Telemundo's team,” remarked Damián Mazzotta, General Manager West, Impremedia. “In La Opinión 90th year of service dedicated to advocate for the Latino Community, we believe that this partnership will have an enduring impact by generating relevant content that reflects the current and changing face of American Culture.”
