The combined entity, which will operate under the name ADGLOW, becomes one of the world leaders in the social media advertising planning field. Among the shareholders of ADGLOW are investment funds like Onza Venture Capital, White Star Capital and Notion Capital.

Through a capital injection in ADGLOW, the trio of funds have provided the new company with the cash needed to expand internationally and scale up R&D.

As a result of the companies’ union, ADGLOW will offer its services through an extensive network of offices in Barcelona, Bogotá, Hong Kong, London, Milan, Mexico DF, New York, San Francisco and Singapore, with its headquarters remaining in Madrid.

The combined business blends the expertise of both companies to take advantage of the icreasing advertising opportunities Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other emerging social platforms have to offer, in order to provide the best advertising solutions to agencies, brands and end customers.

The combined business is the largest Facebook and Twitter partner that is headquartered outside of the US.Clients include Spotify, BMW, Heineken, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola and Ikea.

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
