Zach will focus on managing its diverse client base, provide strategic direction and help steer MBMG’s future growth. Rosenberg will be based at the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles. Dominguez will remain based in Miami and continue to report to Jessica Rodriguez, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of UCI.Dominguez has been part of UCI for nearly 30 years. He most recently served as vice president of Art Design and before that as creative director of On-Air. Prior to joining UCI, Dominguez served as a freelance art director with Turner Sports.

 

Disney Channel has appointed Jesus M. Rodriguez as VP of marketing & creative.Rodriguez comes from Fuse Media where he was senior vice president of marketing and creative for cable nets Fuse and FM.In his new role, Rodriguez will lead marketing and creative campaign efforts for Disney Channel’s branded linear and digital platforms and programming. Rodriguez, a native of Venezuela, held positions at Sony Pictures International’s AXN Latin America, OWN and BET. He started his career at Discovery Networks, Latin America, where he led an international creative team working across three continents.

Peterson has joined to lead the Lopez Negrete media team across Lopez Negrete’s offices in Burbank, CA; Houston, TX; New York City, NY; and Mexico City, Mexico. Peterson brings her expertise in strategic planning, account management, resource management and more to all Lopez Negrete clients. Hispanic media has always been at the forefront of Peterson’s career, from the Multicultural Group of Western International Media to her contributions to the General Motors Hispanic team. Peterson will be working out of Lopez Negrete’s Burbank facilities, where she will work closely with some of Lopez Negrete’s biggest media clients, such as NBC Universal Motion Pictures Group.

He replaces Doug Ray, who will continue as U.S. CEO for the media agency network.Swayne, who most recently served as Dentsu Aegis’ global client president for Procter & Gamble, assumes his new role on Jan. 1 as part of a planned transition. Ray will continue to report to Horler, while Swayne reports to Dentsu Aegis’ CEO of global clients and media brands, Peter Huijboom.

 

TELEMUNDO has announced the appointment of Mauricio Piccone to Senior Vice President of Reality Programming. Based in Miami, Piccone will work along Maria Lopez-Alvarez, SVP of Reality Programming and both will report to Jesus Torres Viera, Executive Vice President of Programming and Content, TELEMUNDO. In his role, Piccone is responsible for supervising in-house and external reality productions in the United States and Latin America; including reality programs, specials, daily shows, live events and new development projects. Previously, Piccone was Senior Vice President and Co-Executive Vice President at Endemol Shine Latino.
