Televisa Publishing + Digital has made a shift in management at their Miami-based corporate office: Sergio Carrera, General Manager of the U.S. Hispanic market, has been replaced by Christian Rojas, effective immediately.Christian Rojas comes from Mexico’s Headquarters, where he served as the Sales Director for the Mexico region. Prior to that he was Publisher for all Hearst Titles in Mexico. Christian has worked for Televisa Publishing for 15 years.
TV and digital video advertising solutions provider Extreme Reach, Inc.,has announced the appointment of Michael C. Greiner as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Greiner will report directly to John Roland, Chief Executive Officer of Extreme Reach, and will be in charge of the Company's financial operations.Mr. Greiner joins Extreme Reach after serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Vistaprint N.V.Mr. Greiner succeeds Nancy Lazaros, the company's CFO since 2011. Ms.Lazaros is stepping down to spend more time with her family.Mr. Greiner is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Accounting at Fairleigh Dickenson University, as well as an MBA atColumbia University Business School.
Tom Theys has joined FCB as Executive Vice President of Global Strategy to be efefctive in November,He will report directly to Nigel Jones, Director of Global Strategy. Theys will help the network's key clients to develop business solutions that can generate behavioral changes. Theys joins FCB from Publicis Brussels, where he was Director of Strategy and Managing Partner and worked with key clients such as BNP Paribas Fortis, Nescafé, Renault, Carrefour and P & G.
Nathalie Romero is IPG Mediabrands Miami new Communications Manager for world markets. She is replacing Evelyn Ferro. Romero works together with her IPG communications partner, Raymond Pereira.
After 25 years directing Eurodata TV Worldwide, Jacques Braun, Executive Director, is now retiring. From 1st December 2014, Executive Director Laurent Battais (photo) will become Vice-President of Eurodata TV Worldwide. Laurent will also remain head of the Performance and Cross Media Business Unit.Jacques Braun will continue to provide market-watch and consultancy services for Bruno Chetaille.Laurent Battais joined Médiamétrie in 2008 as Executive Director .He was previously General Manager at MarketingScan, and before that in charge ofcustomer affairs at SECODIP and IRI-SECODIP.

Gary Pacheco joins the network as Station Manager of WMBC-Azteca New York. Gary Pacheco is a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager with expertise in the NY Hispanic Market. He was recently self-employed at his own Sales and Marketing company. From 2003 to 2010 he was General Sales Manager for Univision Radio's NY Cluster of Stations, and General Sales Manager at Radio Unica-NY from 1999 to 2003. Pacheco has also worked at Euro RSCG, CreatAbility and Siboney Advertising.
Erin Cook joins as Vice President of Network and National Spot Sales in Dallas. For six years, Cook was Media Supervisor at SpotPlus, where she oversaw media placement for accounts such as Pizza Hut and Pepsi across multiple markets. Her most current role was Account Executive for Liberman Broadcasting.
Joe Jaime joins the Chicago office as Vice President of Network and Spot Sales – Midwest. Jaime most recently served as National Sales Manager at WFLD/WPWR. Before that he was National Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager at KXTX - Telemundo in Dallas. He began his career in Chicago as a Media Services Representative at Target.
Thomas Andre joins as an Account Manager in the Glendale, Calif. office.Thomas Andre will provide pre- and post-sales support to the Online Ad Sales team to help service Azteca's growing advertising sales business. Andre has eight years of ad sales experience across mobile, digital, TV and live events, at companies like Sony Pictures, Turner Broadcasting, and MobileFuse.
