Grey Group has announced the acquisition of the majority part of Circus Peru, the independent peruvian agency founded by Juan Carlos Gómez de la Toree. Last year, Circus had revenues for US $12.1 millions.

The agency will be called now "Circus Grey". The acquisition includes the affiliated companies: Circus Interactive, Circus Retail, Circus Experience, Carne and Brand Lab.

Africa Zero Brazil has won 4 new accounts in the country: Leader, Iron House, Flores and Maremonti. The agency is already working with Braskem, Lupo, Bimbo, Embraer, Editora Globo and JHSF.
