freitasF/Nazca Brazil has appointed Fabio Freitas as media director. Freitas will replace Lica Bueno who has left the agency to work in Facebook.

ruben.moratoRubén Morato is the new innovation director of Shackleton Spain. The appointment comes after the agency won the Schibsted Classified Media account.

oscar.martinezPublicis Spain has promoted Oscar Martinez to creative director. The executive has worked with accounts like Renault, Coca-Cola and Bimbo.

katie.lanegranKatie Lanegran has been named new public relations VP at Sundance TV. She will be in charge of all the ad campaigns of the channel. Lanegran will report to Suzy Berkowitz-Weksel, Sr PR VP.
