McCann has promoted Luca Lindner to President of McCann Worldgroup. Lindner has been working as President for the Americas, Africa and Middle East. He will be in charge of the operations globally.

Enrique Yuste has been named president of Young & Rubicam Argentina after Darío Straschnoy had left the position.

The AMAP has announced its new Board with Pedro Torres as new president. Torres is CEO of El Mall. Also Omar Carrión and Luis Purata join him in the new Board.

MediaCom has named Ben Phillips as its first global head of mobile. Phillips will work with MediaCom’s local teams to define best practice across the agency as more and more digital campaigns are expanded into mobile.

His initial task will be to focus on mobile strategy directly with clients. This will include identifying ways to exploit the strengths of mobile for always-on campaigns, such as driving footfall for retailers, acquisition for direct response clients, engagement and customer retention for brand-led clients and m-commerce for e-commerce clients.

Ogilvy has appointed André Laurentino, currently executive creative director at TBWA/London and global creative director for McDonald’s, as global executive creative director for Unilever. Laurentino will be based in London and responsible for driving the creative vision and delivery across all of Ogilvy & Mather’s Unilever brands.

Haymarket Consumer Media (HCM) announced changes to its structure designed to support and facilitate the rapid growth of its digital businesses. The changes to Haymarket Media Group’s consumer division will see Alastair Lewis take on the role of International Director, driving HCM’s growth globally and accelerating digital expansion overseas. The move will see Lewis promoted to the HCM Leadership Board. Lewis said: ‘I am hugely excited by the opportunity this new role gives me to continue to grow our brands in international markets. Haymarket has many long established and highly successful partnerships around the world with a diverse range of partners. As we align our business to better serve our audiences and clients across our chosen markets.

Gustavo Papini is the new CEO of OCA Argentina. The executive will be in charge of all the operations in the country.

Alejandro Anderlic has been named Legal and Corporate Director at Microsoft Argentina and Uruguay.
