Gonzalo Farrus is the new VP Sales Operation at MetaNetwork, an Ad Network with offices in Israel and Argentina. Farrus previously worked as Country Manager Argentina at Mediaresponse Corp.

Drew Meyers joined San Francisco-based private equity firm, Gryphon Investors, where he will be leading the origination efforts across all industry groups for new platform investments as well as follow-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies. As part of Gryphon’s Investment Review Committee. Meyers previously worked at Group Argent. His work there included advice on Hispanic and Latin American Media M&A transactions.

Apple has hired Angela Ahrendts as senior vice president of retail and online stores. The executive comes from Burberry where she served as CEO of the company. Ahrendts will join Apple in a newly created position, reporting to chief executive Tim Cook. She will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of both Apple retail and online stores.

Landor Associates, brand consultancy, has appointed Lois Jacobs as its new CEO.  She joins Landor from WPP sister company Fitch, succeeding Mary Zalla, who is to lead Landor’s newly created global consumer branding practice in addition to her role as managing director for the Chicago and Cincinnati offices.
