Digital Agency Latin3 announced that Ivanna Gemignani is its new Director of Media Operations based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With over 10 year’s experience, Ivanna joins the company to lead the operations of the Media Department and the relationships with the key agency accounts. After beginning her career in the digital world in Latin3 in 2004, Ivanna Gemignani continued her path in companies including  MercadoLibre.

Condé Nast has hired Pilar Guzman from Martha Stewart Living to be the new editor-in-chief of Condé Nast Traveler. Klara Glowczewska, who had been with the magazine since its launch and had spent the past eight years in the top editor’s spot, was fired Wednesday, sources told the New York Post.

Gwen Gonzalez is MARCA’s newest Account Supervisor. Based in Miami Gonzalez will focus on the agency’s acquisition and brand work for client DishLATINO. Prior to joining MARCA, Gonzalez worked at Accent Marketing, Arnell and Dieste in Miami and New York, working with major brands including Pepsi, Sierra Mist, SoBe Lifewater, Belvedere Vodka, General Motors, Farmers Insurance and Dunkin’ Donuts. MARCA also hired Amanda Taylor as Social Media Manager. Well-known as a co-founder of the Latino entertainment and lifestyle website Las Gringas Blog, Taylor has focused her career on developing strategic programs in the digital and social space for global, national and local brands in US Hispanic and Latin American markets. Most recently, Taylor managed online communities for Blackberry and Microsoft in Latin America.

Sirius XM Radio announced that Eddie ‘Piolin’ Sotelo, Spanish-language radio’s top personality, will launch a new entertainment channel on SiriusXM, anchored by his own daily, morning-drive show, “El Show de Piolin.”

Dan Lieberman is joining Fusion as a dayside anchor, correspondent and producer. Lieberman will be based in Miami and start on September 3. Lieberman is joining Fusion from ABC News, where he worked as part of “Nightline” and ABC News’ investigative unit.

WPP media shop MEC has reorganized the senior management of its North American operations, naming three president-level roles reporting to North America CEO Marla Kaplowitz. Rick Acampora has been promoted to president-client services and Eamonn Store to president-agency development, and Mark Jones joins from senior vice president of Viacom International, assuming Store’s previous role as president-global solutions.
