Daniel Rosas Ocejo, until  recently Multicultural Marketing Director at Kellogg's, launched his own company (Bebenook.com) based in Panama City. Bebenook.com is a e-commerce site offering all mothers need for their babies (diapers, shampoo etc). The goods are delivered to the home via a private distribution network.

WPP´s Mindshare Argentina has appointed Agustín Paez de Robles as its new Client Leader. The executive will be in charge of the American Express, Diageo, Boehringer Ingelheim, Kimberly Clark, Randstad and BRF accounts in Argentina and Latin America.  Paez has previously worked for Zenith as Media Director.

Argentinean creative agency Don has promoted Rodrigo Greco and Mariano Gamba to Creative Directors. The executives will be in charge of the creative department in the country and will report to Gonzalo Ricca, General Creative Director.

Bloomberg has appointed Atlantic Media president Justin Smith as the new chief executive of Bloomberg Media Group, replacing Andy Lack who becomes chairman of the group.

Strategy and marketing firm Simon-Kucher & Partners is expanding into the Latin American market with the opening of offices in Brazil and Chile. The offices will be run by managing partner Manuel Osorio.
