Grey and New Energy have announced their fusion as "Grey Brasil". Both agencies are part of WPP Group and will operate in the country under the management of Newcomm Group (Y&R Brazil, VML and Acao are also part of Newcomm Group).
141 Newport will remain as an independent agency. This unti is in charge of the retail business. Walter Longo will be in charge of the new agency as CEO in Brazil.

Proximity - Duracell - Latin America

Duracell will work with Proximity Mexico in Latin America. Proximity will be in charge of the digital creativity and online strategy.

Rolex, Hospital Sirio Libanes and Amor aos pedacos - Brazil

The Brazilean agency Santa Clara has announced three new clients: Rolex, Amor aos Pedacos y Hospital Sirio Libanes. The agency will be in charge of the public and corporate relations for Amor aos pedacos and will be in charge of the branding and market positioning for Rolex and the hospital.

Mediacom - Sony - Global

Mediacom Spain has been chosen by Sony after a pitch for its global communications. The agency will be in charge of the media buying and planning globally. Sony account is estimated in 500 million dollars. The account will be managed from Madrid and Barcelona´s offices.
