AudienceScience discontinues Hispanic unit (ex Consorte Media)
Global digital marketing technology company AudienceScience has discontinued its Hispanic specific unit, Portada has learned. In 2010 AudienceScience acquired Consorte Media to accelerate its U.S. Hispanic and Latin American business. Portada tried to reach AudienceScience to learn more without avail. AudienceScience is likely to fold its U.S. Hispanic efforts into their general U.S. sales and marketing initiatives.
Other major U.S. based digital marketing technology companies, including Adnetik and Turn are currently expanding into both the U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets. Most of these companies label themselves DMP (Data Management Platforms).
