Outbrain Launches in the Hispanic Market, Partners with Univision

Outbrain officially launched last week for the U.S. Hispanic market

Using personalized links, Outbrain recommends content across a network of premium publishers, including CNN, Fox News, Hearst, Rolling Stone, US Weekly and Fast Company.Already at work on more than 90,000 sites globally, Outbrain currently serves more than 6.5 billion page views per month.

Univision Interactive, the digital division of Univision Communications Inc., one of the leading media company serving Hispanic America, is among the first to deploy Outbrain’s platform:

  • Monetization: Univision will benefit from additional page views (which will improve their advertising business) as well as an additional revenue stream powered by Outbrain’s links to high-quality third-party content. Powered by Outbrain’s proprietary algorithms, the links to recommended reading will be featured alongside Univision’s editorial content.
  • Mobile: Univision installed Outbrain on both their desktop and mobile content, delivering these benefits to their audiences via mobile.
