Changing Places: Federico Fernandez de Santos, Jorge Espinoza, Baltazar Tokman…

Agencias de España announced the appointment of Federico Fernández Santos as CEO. In his new position, the executive will aim to promote, defend and lead a mentality change in the sector, with emphasis on the attributes of Spanish entrepreneurs and professionals in advertising and communication, and commitment to the economic and social development.

Jorge Espinoza was appointed as DGC of BBDO Chile. The agency announced it due to the good results obtained during the time he was temporarily in charge of management.

With vast experience in the world of film and advertising, Baltazar Tokman joins Raya´s team as Director of Film Productions. Baltazar has participated in national and international festivals such as the International Festival of Mar del Plata, Docúpolis (Barcelona), BAFICI and International Human Rights Festival.

After announcing the vacancies in social networks, DM9Rio Media team has been structured with five professionals in the department led by Renato Fachi. DM9Rio New members are: Aline Freitas as media supervisor, Fernanda Bastos as offline media assistant; Ivana Lessa to act as Search coordinator, Rodrigo Vivian as Online Media Coordinator and Luisa Amaral as online Media Assistant.

The advertising agency McCann Mexico as part of its development announced Breno Cotta is joining the company as Creative VP, who comes from Grey Mexico where his job was developing brands like Heineken, Sidral Mundet and Amnesty International, and was sworn in Cannes 2010 and the FIAP 2011.

Engel Fonseca has left Harren Media to create a new company called Media Science. “I am now focused on Media Science, a research and digital media platform based on NeuroScience principles. Media Science offers a white label service to digital agencies.

Victorio Lorandi, is the new VP of Sales for Mexico, U.S. Hispanic and Panregional at Redmas.  Lorandi until recently worked at Batanga. 

Maxus (Part of  WPP´s network) has launched a global technology research and development (R&D) division in Asia, called Metalworks. The division will be led by Maxus director of technology Tom Kelshaw and Maxus Asia-Pacific head of digital Nico Abbruzzese.
