Changing Places:Arthur Rockwell, Heidy Pineda, Patty Marrero, Oscar Leon Walker

Arthur Rockwell has left Geoscape International and is now the president & CEO of Precise Engagement, an engagement marketing firm applying a holistic, 360 degree, multi-channel, media-agnostic approach to marketing that uses interactive experiences to directly engage with prospects and customers.

Heidy Pineda is the new Pan-Regional Sales Planner at Discovery Communication. Previously Pineda worked as Sales Executive Americas at Grupo Prisa in Miami.

Telemundo Media announced it named Patty Marrero Senior Vice President of Client Partnership Development. Marrero will report to Dan Lovinger, Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales & Integrated Marketing for Telemundo Media, and Enrique Perez, Senior Vice President of Sales for the Telemundo Station Group. She will be based in New York. In this role, Marrero will oversee all new client development and enterprise selling activities for Telemundo Media, including Telemundo Network, Telemundo stations, mun2 and all digital properties. Working closely with internal stakeholders and business units, she will formulate new business and partnership strategies, as well as develop and direct all strategies for client development and marketplace deployment.

Marrero joins Telemundo Media from Vme Media Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President of Network Sales from 2010 to 2012.Oscar Leon Walker is the new Sales Director at EPMG-East focusing on multicultural markets. “We are very excited to have Oscar back to the team and look forward to the growth that his knowledge and experience will bring to the company in our new Eastern Division,” says EPMG CEO, Trevor Hansen.Beast, an editorial house and a subsidiary of Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc., is expanding the Latin division with the addition of Editor Bernardo Revilla to its New York office.Terra announced the addition of three industry experts to their executive team. It appointed Daniel Alonso as Vice President of Business Development, Vanessa Lizama as Client Development Director and Omar Suardy as Director of Marketing. The new executives will report to Fernando Rodriguez, CEO of Terra USA. Alonso will be responsible for leading internal and external contract negotiations for content, media sales and technology deals with advertisers, content and/or distribution partners and other third party vendors in addition to managing and coordinating strategic partnerships. Lizama will oversee pre-sales and sales development in addition to developing creative integrated marketing programs and sales content. Additionally, Suardy will be responsible for developing and managing the organization's marketing strategies in order to expand Terra's audience in the United States as well as directing and coordinating public relations initiatives for both the US Hispanic and general markets.Univision Communications announced the appointment of Christopher Furst to the newly created position of Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer.  Effective September 10, 2012, he will be based in New York and will report to John Eck, Univision’s Executive Vice President, Technology, Operations and Engineering.

Xavier Mantilla has left RedMas, the Mobile Advertising Network of the Cisneros Group of Companies, where until recently he worked as Director of Sales.Republica, a cross-cultural advertising, digital and communications agency, announced that Rosanna Fiske has joined the company as executive vice president and chief strategy officer. The newly created position will focus on enhancing client strategy alignment among the agency's disciplines by integrating advertising, digital and communications initiatives as well as by leveraging cross-market approaches. She will oversee research and planning; account management; communications, content creation and engagement; and digital and media.
