Mollie Hill has been named Director of Planning at Ogilvy & Mather Brasil. Hill has a wide international experienced. Her past assignments include working in India, China, Southeast Asia and Middle East countries.

BPN , Interpublic´s new global media agency, appointed Mauricio Sabogal as Global CEO. BPN will be under the Mediabrands umbrella.

Manuel Techera joins Marcel, a new digital and creative agency owned by Publicis, as CCO.

Roberto Gonzalez is the new president of Cohn & Wolfe Mexico. Gonzalez aims to strengthen the agency’s commitment to set new standards in the offering of strong communication programs. Gonzalez believes that "building a good brand is one that endures over the years."

Verónica Jacoby joins Buenos Aires Argentina headquartered research firm Business Bureau. Jacoby will work as Senior Account Manager.

Yahoo has appointed former Amazon vice president Kathy Savitt as global chief marketing officer, replacing Mollie Spilman, who had been in the role for just three months. Spilman, previously head of marketing for the Americas at Yahoo, was appointed chief marketing officer by the company’s former interim chief executive Ross Levinsohn in May, as part of an internal reshuffle at the business. Yahoo has not announced what new role Spilman will take up, but a spokesman confirmed she will remain at the company.

A&E announced that Mariano Kon is A&E Networks new VP for Programming and Production.  Kon will be responsible for the development and execution of A&E’s programming strategy including program acquisition. Kon will be will based in Miami and report to Eduardo Ruiz, EVP and General Manager A&E Ole Networks.
