Changing Places: Mary Baglivo, Coca Cola Co, Jose Miguel Riveros, Ian Alexander

Mary Baglivo,  is the new chairman and CEO of Latin America and multicultural at Saatchi & Saatchi. Baglivo, until recently CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York and who  had added the title  of   CEO of the Americas in 2008, will shift her focus to the agency’s Latin American operation and Conill, Saatchi's Hispanic marketing unit. Durk Barnhill -- an executive who spent time at several Interpublic Group shops as well as Mother and Taxi – is stepping into the new role of CEO Saatchi & Saatchi New York. Barnhill, 46, starts in September and will report to worldwide CEO Kevin Roberts.

The Coca-Cola Company announced a new operating structure and the senior leaders for those businesses. Effective Jan. 1, 2013, the Company will organize around three major operating businesses: Coca-Cola International, which will consist of the Company's Europe, Pacific and Eurasia & Africa operations; Coca-Cola Americas, which will consist of the Company's North America and Latin America operations, and; Bottling Investments Group (BIG), which oversees the Company-owned bottling operations outside of North America.  Ahmet Bozer, currently President of the Eurasia & Africa Group, will be appointed President of Coca-Cola International. Steve Cahillane, currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), will be appointed President of Coca-Cola Americas. Irial Finan will continue as President of BIG. All three executives will continue to report to Muhtar Kent, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "This is the right structure for the next phase of our journey toward achieving our 2020 Vision," said Kent.

Ian Alexander has been appointed Executive Vice President of Elekta's Region Europe, Africa, Latin America and Middle East. Effective September 1, 2012, Ian Alexander will rejoin Elekta's Executive Management as EVP of Region Europe and AFLAME. Ian is currently Vice President and General Manager of Europe at Hologic. Elekta is a Swedish  human care company pioneering significant innovations and clinical solutions for treating cancer and brain disorders

Digital Marketing agency Global Mind is opening an office in Colombia. The unit, which will cater to clients in the Andean region, will be led by Managing Partner Jose Miguel Riveros.

Corinna Cisneros just joined Mobilezapp.com International as their VP on International Sales. Cisneros will be responsible for establishing a sales network around the world. Mobilezapp is a premier provider of B2B, B2C and B2E mobile apps.

Mobilezapp creates high-end mobile apps for the iPhone, iPad,   Androd, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and Symbian platforms.
