Valeria Lagomarsino has been appointed Digital Director of Fisher America. She will be based in Bs As, Argentina. Among her responsibilities, will be the expansion in new markets.

Willis Group Holdings announced the appointment of Luigi Giancristofaro as CEO for its reinsurance operations in Brazil (Willis Corretora de Resseguros Ltda). He is based in Rio de Janeiro, and is primarily responsible for the broker’s Brazilian wholesale business. He will also represent the Group’s Treaty division, Willis Re, in expanding their client offering in the Brazilian reinsurance marketplace. He will report in to the newly appointed Willis Latin America Reinsurance CEO, Antonio Tosti.

Citigroup appointed Helio Lima Magalhaes as its Citi Country Officer (CCO) for Brazil. Magalhaes, who returns to his native Brazil and Citi after thirteen years, will report to Francisco Aristeguieta, Chief Executive Officer Latin America. Mr. Lima Magalhaes replaces Gustavo Marin, who has served as CCO in Brazil since 2005.

Manuel Pena has been appointed to the newly-created position of Executive Vice President, Operations, Strategic Marketing & Classics for Universal Music Latin America (UMLA) and Universal Music Latin Entertainment (UMLE), which are both divisions of Universal Music Group. Based in Miami, Mr. Pena will oversee three important areas for UMG's businesses in Latin American countries. Mr. Pena will work closely with Gabriela Carrilho, Vice President, International Marketing, UMLA, in order to maximize the audience in the Latin American region for Deustche Grammophon and Decca artists.

Link-Belt has appointed Corey Rogers to the newly created position of regional sales manager for its Latin American operations. Bringing with him 15 years of industry experience to the role, Rogers will be responsible for Link-Belt's activities in the Caribbean, Central America and South America, which accounts for roughly 9% of Link-Belt's total sales.
