Changing Places: Keith Norman (Univision), Lisette Simon (Telemundo), Sebastian Dimant

Univision Communications has appointed Keith Norman vice president of political advocacy and government sales. In his new role, Norman joins a team of six marketing and sales executives led by Joe DelGrosso, EVP.

Maria Cristina Rios is the new Director, Multicultural Marketing & Media Strategy at Macy's based out of New York. She previously worked as Multicultultural Marketing Manager at Macy's. Rios replaces  Kristyn Page, who relocated to Houston and is now  Macy's Director of Diversity, Strategies, & External Affairs

Lisette Simon was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Telemundo.

Sebastian Dimant was named Senior Director/News at MundoFox, Mediamoves reports. Previously, he was a freelance director for Fox Sports.

Pepe Suarez was appointed Excutive Producer of Alternative Programming in Telemundo.

KMEX has hired Rosalia Soza as news producer, MediaMoves reports.  More recently, she was senior producer in KVEA-52.

Univision Communications Inc. announced the appointment of Keith Norman to the position of vice president of Political Advocacy and Government Sales.

The Huffington Post Media Group (HPMG) announced that Gabriel Lerner, has been promoted to Editorial Director for HuffPost Voces. Previously he was Senior News Editor at the same property.

Grupo Latino de Radio (GLR) announced that Mexican sports expert and commentator Jorge Zambrano and sports journalist Ricardo Celis have joined the company to lead the sports programming that the network offers to Spanish language radio stations in the USA.

Círculo Creativo, a non-profit organization dedicated to promote creative excellence within the Hispanic Advertising arena in the United States, announces its new President, Claudio Vera.
