Televisa y Globomedia anuncian nueva productora audiovisual

Grupo Televisa y Globomedia anunciaron la creación de una nueva productora de contenidos audiovisuales en español.

La alianza es producto de la entrada de Televisa en el Holding de Imagina Media Audiovisual, al cual también pertenece Globomedia.

Según el acuerdo, Televisa incorporará a la productora los derechos para España del catálogo de ficción de Sony (con el que cerró un acuerdo de contendios recientemente). La nueva productora tendrá también los derechos de adaptación del catálogo del Grupo Televisa para España.
