Shell Launches Global Media Review
Shell kick off a review of its 230 million global media account, which is currently held by WPP's MediaCom.
Shell has approached a number of agencies to submit a request-for-information (RFI) by next week.
Shell’s media business has been handled by Mediacom since last year. Prior to that, the account was split between Mediacom and its sister WPP agency Maxus.
It is understood that the media review does not affect Shell’s creative agency, JWT, or its digital agencies, AKQA and Proximity.
